Closing out with Gold
I forgot to mention earlier in the week that E closed out competition season with another gold medal this past weekend as part of the trio. They were competing in Ebbw Vale this time (rather than Celtic Manor) at the Aerobics Gymnastics Welsh Championships where she also won gold in 2021 and 2022! The trio took part in five competitions from May to October, they started with a silver medal then scored four golds in a row and can call themselves Southern, British and Welsh champions should they wish. A solid return on another year of incredibly hard work for the gymnasts, coaches and taxi-driver parents 😂 They were treated to a day off from training on Tuesday...
