Complete Opposites
Before we went away it was noticeable on many of the blogs that I follow, that autumn talk (or fall as most obviously refer to it as) was starting to ramp up. Mindful of how much I struggled last winter with what I am assuming was SAD, I find myself already feeling a little grumpy about how early it is getting dark now and all the IG captions about people being "done" with summer. Summer all told was a bit of a bust in the UK this year. May and June were nice, it rained every single day in July it felt like and then August was up and down.
