I’m not sure whether the issues I had with my hair were from menopause with all its hormonal changes, weakened hair follicles or damaged hair strands from coloring, or using the wrong hair care products. Perhaps it was my diet. Maybe all my hair changes were caused by all of the above. Bottom line: my hair was a mess. It was damaged, and dry, and I had patches of hair broken off at the roots.
