White Dress or Black Dress ~ which team are you?

Before I talk about which dress “team” you tend to lean towards for spring and summer, I HAD to first interject this image below which is a snippet from a video I shot over the weekend.  You see, I wore this outfit for my video as I was highlighting my new French Kande pieces (which consists of this crystal necklace , this bevel chain necklace and this white mist ring ~ all I will properly be highlighting soon)   and when I finished filming, I stepped out wearing just the vest and the jeans and the vest … THE VEST (!!!)...
