Does anyone else remember the good old days before menopause?
I recently posted on Instagram the symptoms I’ve been experiencing as a result of menopause which I went through about a dozen years ago. I had undergone bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (HRT) before but chose to stop because having pellets implanted under my skin became too invasive for me. I also felt it just wasn’t working for me anymore. Coincidentally the pandemic hit about the same time I decided to stop the pellets, and I spent the next few years first trying a compounded cream and then finally nothing at all.
