Spring Days & Spring Dresses with Petallush
Every spring when I see the daffodils peeking their little yellow heads out of the the blanket of oak leaves on the forest floor, I am reminded that this forest wasn't here a hundred years ago. An hundred years ago or more this spot of land was cleared and a little school house was built. The local families planted daffodils all around it to mark the path to learning and bring a little early sunshine to the students staring out the window, wishing for spring .
