TARDIS Tuesday- Osgood from The Zygon Inversion
Greetings! I hope that all is well with you! I was ruminating over whether it was easier to do TARDIS Tuesday in the Winter or Summer and I have concluded, it's easier to do it in the Winter. Summer often gets difficult as a lot of cosplays have layers. It's fun coming up with new cosplays but I like, just as much, returning to an old favourite.
