Boxing Day Joules
It poured with rain on Christmas Day (thankfully after parkrun) but happily the sun came out on Boxing Day so I snuck out for a 4 mile run to soak up some vitamin D before dashing over to Mum and Dad's to help my sister prepare the curry buffet. We're both vegetarian now and cooking the curry is far more relaxed than trying to bring a roast Christmas dinner together! Managed to get Mum, Dad and Joe's Mum out for what ended up being a (hilly) 4 mile walk in the woods after lunch - they were all very achy and complaining the following day. Whoops! There was talk of the three of them starting to parkwalk every Saturday now that parkrun have officially launched parkwalk...
