I don't mind admitting that I've really struggled this month with the dark mornings, constant rain and dark evenings. Since the clocks changed just over three weeks ago, I've really noticed my mood plummet and the level enthusiasm for basically anything except sitting at home under a blanket is at an all time low. I've not run for a month either which I know is a vicious circle; running would make me feel better but the idea of running in the cold and dark fills me with dread right now. I looked back at last years blog posts to see if I'd mentioned feeling the same but I barely posted in November and December 2021 which would suggest this isn't a new thing for me....
