Fall Style: Striped Sweater Over Shoulders
One fall trend I have been seeing all over social media lately, especially by stylish women living in Europe, is styling a chunky sweater over the shoulders. It makes complete sense to me, considering the mild fall weather we have been experiencing here in the Seattle area where mornings and evenings are chilly but mid-day is comfortably warm.
