Xcaret!
Probably the best and definitely biggest park of Xcaret group in Riviera Maya. I have visited Xel-ha park last year and I loved it there but Xcaret is very different. Much less packed with things to do, more of watching and walking than actual movement. But super fun anyways. Lots of animals, birds and ruins. Beautiful nature and things to learn. It is interesting that I was mostly impressed with brids there, the aviario is where I definitely left my heart. That and the cemetery.
