Chiltern Wonderland 50 Mile race
A couple of weeks ago my friend Steve and I completed the Centurion Running Chiltern Wonderland 50 mile race in a not too shabby 11 hours and 45 minutes. The race came exactly a week after the Marathon du Medoc and as previously mentioned, I struggled with a headcold all week between the two and only decided to do the CW50 at lunchtime the day before. We started at Goring Village Hall and had to be there early to collect numbers and tracking devices which they taped to our backpacks.
