Dress I can’t Afford
I love a good slow fashion brand, and I’m a sucker for a princess cut bodice. So when I found Ovate, based out of Quebec, I was even more excited because bonus – they’re Canadian!
But there was no way I could afford it then, nor now when I’ll be working less because of treatment. I made my peace with it. Then lo and behold, someone was selling their Ovate dress on Poshmark. I had sold a bunch of items and so had a balance just sitting there in my account. And the dress was mine!
