Something Autumn This Way Comes (Office Style)
We're back in the office today after the Bank Holiday for the Queen's funeral yesterday. What a beautiful send off, I cried a fair bit throughout the day. It was very moving, I felt emotionally drained at the end and had to go out for a walk to get some fresh air. I was walking far slower than those in Her Majesty's procession as I completed the Chiltern Wonderland 50 Mile race on Saturday in 11h:45m! My quads are still so stiff as I type this on Tuesday morning but I'm getting there. Got a blister I need to sort and then I'll try a gentle run Thursday morning once E&F are safely packed off to school. It was also our first wedding anniversary on Sunday so...
