Did You Watch TRL Growing Up
One of my most fond memories in the late 90s and early 00s was watching TRL. Total Request Live on MTV was EVERYTHING. I loved watching the countdown each day after school. Carson Daly would play the top 10 music videos for the day and finding out what was #1 was always a thrill. Would it be Backstreet Boys or N SYNC? And sprinkled in between the videos would be special guests like Mariah Carey or KORN, or Britney Spears. It was the good old days. I remember calling in to get KORN to the #1 spot because the boy bands always took over and they were always stuck at #3. Does anyone else remember this week of drama on TRL?
