WEEK OF OUTFITS 6.14.22
Another Tuesday, another week of outfits! All the summer vibes, too. Loving it.
LAST WEEK’S WIN: Last week’s win starts as a negative and became a positive. I had the worst anxiety I’ve had in a while. And it totally came to a head with a panic attack. It took me a little bit of time to recover from it– I always end up with like a panic attack “hang over”– once I did, I felt so much better. I really forced myself to take a step back, and give myself time to a) recover and b) take better care of myself. I worked out, did a bit of a deep clean, finished a few deadlines that were due/overdue, and (!!!) sat in bed every night...
