The Waterfront (Holiday Style)
We stayed in Totland Bay on the Isle of Wight and the nearest bar / restaurant was The Waterfront on the esplanade, a 5 minute stroll from the house. We ate there one lunchtime and stopped for drinks several times during the course of the week. The beach huts were further along in Colwell Bay where we walked after lunch so I could try and let my food settle and the kids could have a run around. I swapped out my slides for trainers for the longer walk - it was easier walking along the pebble beach in trainers as well!
