Flutter Sleeve Smocked Chiffon Dress
It’s finally here!! The dress I have been sneaking for a about month now is launching today. Months ago Gibsonlook asked me if I wanted to help design a spring dress again this year ( see my dress last year here ) and I said YES but I have some requests. I listened to your feedback and asked for a design with lining and less clingy. One that would come in some prints perfect for casual weddings, Easter, Mother’s Day and more. A dress with just enough sleeve to cover the tops of arms and a length that was bending down approved.
