We’re on the home stretch folks…January is almost over! I know I shouldn’t wish my time away, but inching closer towards spring gets me feeling more motivated. Goodness knows I need it – I seem to have lost my mojo a bit lately and have been feeling very tired. Adequate sleep, hydration, exercise and nutrition are the key to overcoming this, I know. However, I am guilty of burning the midnight oil too often. (The ninety minutes between 10.30pm and midnight seem more like ten!) And while afternoon naps with the cat are nice, they’re not great for getting stuff done! I need to be less cat and more dog – cats are inherently lazy animals...
