how my diet changed my lifestyle Long story short, I would say my diet is a mix between vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian. I don't eat any kind of meat, hardly ever fish, and I try to avoid dairy products. The milk I drink is vegetal always, normally soya milk, and I am trying to stop eating cheese and similars, because deep down I know is not good for me, and to know the suffer that cows are put through to give me that food, breaks my heart. Now that I've started writing about it, I realized how difficult it is to describe.
