Dealing With Candida // My Personal Journey
Today’s post is about my personal experience in dealing with candida (overgrowth).
As mentioned previously, this year, around Springtime, my digestive issues came to a head. I remember vividly the day I had lunch with my friends at this Southern Restaurant in Midtown Sacramento.
