On To Morning Stars
Our day trip to Chicago was ridiculous and nonsensical and beautiful. We left at 5:00 AM on Friday, stopped thirty minutes outside of Chicago and got what I like to refer to as "rest stop chic". Once inside the city we headed straight for the Pick Me Up Cafe. Which is always so good! I've never been to Chicago without stopping there. We traveled every side of the city. Shopped until we couldn't walk and took lovely little train rides all over. I'm obsessed with public transit and the map app on the iPhone makes it so easy to navigate the CTA.
