Day on a Boat
When someones asks you to spend the day on a boat you say, “Yes.”
Well, unless they’re a stranger, or anyone is underage or…okay, there are a lot of circumstances to say, “No.” But this was not one of them. So I happily spent the afternoon on a boat, swimming and seeing the islands and Toronto from the water.
It was a small throwback to my sailing days – though I did none of the sailing here. And despite the haze from the forest fires raging north, it was wonderful to be out in, and on, the water. Take me back anytime.
