Affirmations for Love and Compassion & Link Up On the Edge #254
I am continuing with my yoga affirmations, this time focusing on the Heart Chakra and Affirmations for Love and Compassion. I have previously shared Affirmations for Confidence and Self Esteem (the Solar Plexus Chakra) and Affirmations for Creativity and Sensuality (the Sacral Chakra). I have been following along with Yoga with Kassandra on Youtube and really focusing on her chakra and shadow work. Many of her yin yoga practices also incorporate some affirmation work as well which I may share at a later time after I finish all seven chakras. I have not been sharing these in any particular order as I turn to these practices with a focus on whatever area I feel is in need...
