Our family trip to Cape Cod was SO nice. I wouldn’t call it relaxing (10 people including 3 kids under 5 in one house!) but it was the absolute best to have the whole family together as it had been a couple years (the last time we did this was pre-COVID, same house!).
There is something really wonderful about returning to your hometown. So much has changed but a lot feels exactly the same. We didn’t do much. It rained a few days so there was lots of indoor playtime… we went to our neighbor’s beach a lot, we cooked, and we spent a lot of time with extended family (my two aunts and great aunt and uncle...
