We checked out a new spot Ada's Gojjo in Asbury Park We started with the empanadas and the pastelon (plantains with meat and cheese) this was probably my favorite thing we had, I was surprised by how much I loved it! We had a couple platters with the handmade injera I loved ripping off little bits and eating with my hands. Not to mention it was delicious! Happy Birthday Pop!
