Bank Holiday Weekend (50km, a Gold Medal & pub time!)
I ran 50km for the first time since 2019 last week with these two gents. It was a great day out and I felt rather emotional at the end as the furthest I've run this year is 15 miles. Double it plus a smidge more is quite a big ask but it felt so good and the pub afterwards was rich reward. The following day was lovely and sunny, my legs were fine so I spent all morning potting up my veg seeds whilst these two played ball / helped each other with their suncream.
