Ohhh, TGIF! Officially kicking off the holiday weekend with my favorite weekend plans… a little R&R with the fam! Nothing I love more than a clear calendar…..enables me to enjoy my fave ways to unwind……reading a good book, quiet time (the balcony off my bedroom is one of my favorite spots in our house), writing in my journal (I personally love the 5 minute gratitude journal!), baths, and EQUILIBRIA .
