Happy Friday! It is the start of a long weekend here in the UK (you’ve got to love Bank holidays) and while I’m excited it’s also a mix of emotions. Today is my moms birthday, a milestone birthday at that. Living abroad I miss making plans with family more than most people could understand. Over the past few months you better believe I looked into at least half a dozen ways to make it to the US for my Mom’s today, but no such luck.
