How To Protect Your Eyes Throughout Lockdown
Yep , you read that right; we're still in lockdown over here in the UK. Although, the topic of today's blog post is relevant to anyone spending the majority of their time behind screens! More time spent indoors equals more time spent behind the screens of our laptops and photos; both for work and leisure. With this in mind, I've found ways to avoid some adverse effects of spending so much time indoors.
