Like everyone else, I saw the Buzzfeed article on Gen Z mocking skinny jeans, side parts, and Harry Potter. The only one of those three I defend is the side part. While I’m not wearing one today, it’s useful for camouflaging facial asymmetry, which becomes more pronounced as one ages. I suppose Gen Z will discover that on its own. Or not. As a Gen X-er, I’m apathetic.
