ON MY RADAR
I think this may have been one of the hardest weeks personally for me during the pandemic. I really hit “the wall” on multiple fronts. This weekend I felt so overwhelmed, I made an appointment to restart therapy. Even just putting it on my calendar gave me a sense of relief. I was worried about doing it virtually– I’ve only ever done in-person therapy, but it was over Zoom and I sat in my car in the driveway for privacy. It worked just fine (felt just as normal as going into an office) and– most importantly– I felt better afterward. Looking forward to keeping that up.
