I love it when I stumble upon a new collar or neckline that re-energizes the look of a traditional top, especially when ruffle or embroidered details are included. Blouses, sweaters, and cardigans with scalloped edges , peter pan collars , victorian-inspired ruffles , mock collars , and V-necklines are a few of my favorites.
