It’s obvious that brooches are my go-to accessories, my signature even. And although I tend to stick to the vintage-style brooches, being the nerd that I am, occasionally, I can’t resist a more modern novelty pin. Take this pin, for example – I literally shrieked out “ DoodleBob ! Mee hoy minoy!” when I saw it at my favorite secondhand watch & jewelry shop. The owner mistakenly labeled it as a “paper and pencil” pin, but I guess she isn’t as well-versed in SpongeBob Squarepants lore as I am.
