... here we go again! The first time around it was something entirely unknown, but this time we can speak from experience. ' This ain't our first rodeo'. With that in mind, how are you feeling about the UK's looming lockdown this Thursday? Or perhaps you're elsewhere in the world and experiencing similar measures? Either way, I find it helps to talk (or uh, write) about the lockdown as a way of muddling through. There are plenty of things to lament since the news of another lockdown, but this time around I'm trying to focus on ways of approaching it with a more positive mindset.
