Happy Saturday! I don’t know what in the world is wrong with me! I cannot concentrate on anything lately (hence why this is appearing on Saturday)! I will sit down at my computer to work and go down one hundred rabbit holes and waste so many hours. I know COVID dreams are a real thing, but do you think that COVID ADD is? If it is such a thing, I have it! Yesterday was my husband’s birthday, so I kind of took the day off ( I don’t know why). We had the family over for dinner to celebrate. I made him his favorite dessert, cheesecake. I have to say; it is the best thing I can make. It really is better than any cheesecake...
