Hi! First of all, today is National Blackout Day. If you haven’t heard of it or weren’t aware, you can learn more here . Today, Black people (as well as other minorities and their allies) will exercise their spending power by not spending any money, with the exception of supporting Black-owned businesses. As someone who is working toward allyship, I will not be spending any money today with the exception of Black-owned businesses. I would encourage you to do the same if you’re able to!
