Purple Days (WFH)
Shoes! Yep, shoes that are not running trainers or flip flops. I actually left the house on Monday to drop the kids at their Dad's for a few days. They were back Thursday morning after PE with Joe. Felix has never really taken to it but Elodie hasn't yet missed one, I don't even know how long it's been going, 9 weeks? She had lots of birthday and Christmas money saved up so we bought her a FitBit Ace activity tracker watch for kids a couple of weeks ago. She has gymnastics 5 days a week online, does PE everyday and when they are with their Dad they go on long bike rides. One of my friends at running club always jokes that I must drug them as they sleep 12 hours a night...
