Dish Towel Workout I’ve been getting so many DM’s from you guys about what my fitness routine looks like. Truthfully, I’m not an expert but I have found that my body needs to be active every day – not just for my physical health but for my mental and emotional health too. Current circumstances have definitely affected my regular workout, but I still try and get it in – even if it looks a little different these days. Sharing one of my favorite at home workouts, and literally all you need is a dishtowel and these six moves and I promise you, YOU WILL FEEL IT! I do 3 sets of 12 reps for each move.
