Fitness At Home
Fitness at home is not a bad idea at all!
I miss a regular workout at the gym with a pro personal trainer and a nice team of people but I start with fitness at home. I don’t have all the necessary sports equipment, but at least I can do some aerobic part three times a week. I hope you decided the same.
If you don’t know the exercises, look for some fitness program on YouTube for e.g. It’s necessary to choose comfortable sportswear, so you can now get started. Your body & mind will thank you. So, #stayhome & #keepsafe!
