It’s a stressful time – for the world. If you’re worried, anxious, and frustrated, you’re not alone.
So be easy. Be easy on yourself and
your family. You don’t have to get in perfect shape. You don’t have
to get your house in perfect order. You don’t have to homeschool your
kids.
They are in a state of emergency too.
They are anxious, and scared, and frustrated. More so because they
are young and all they see is you worried – so that exacerbates
their worry. You are their rock.
So be easy.
Cuddle, play, talk, sing, watch. Don’t
