Organisation for overwhelming days
Hi guys! I hope you're having a great week, mine's being pretty quiet regarding plans but busy with work, which I like but which can be a bit overwhelming when you want to a thousand things done at once and end up only doing half of many. This is something that happens sometimes when I have various things to do and my mind is working at a thousand revs per minute, so it's important to stop, take a deep breath and prioritize. I usually try to overcome this type of chaos by making a list in order or priorities and advance down the list one by one so as not to try to do lots of things at once, and concentrate 100% on what I'm doing.
