Just got back from a long weekend in Lincoln, Nebraska (woohoo!) for a wedding--- all cow jokes aside, it was actually a pretty awesome city. For example, the rehearsal dinner took place in a restaurant that was semi-hidden in the back of a Latino supermarket--- hands down some of the best Mexican food I've ever had! Lincoln is also home to the International Quilt Study Center...
