Matching the Sunflowers
Have you ever visited a sunflower field before? This was my first visit to a proper sunflower field filled with acres of sunflowers as far as the eye could see and boy was it stunning! I've been to fields before with a few random sunflowers mixed in with wildflowers, or I've seen patches of sunflowers alongside the road while driving elsewhere, but I've never walked down a narrow green path under row upon row of towering yellow heads. It was quite the experience. Nature is really so lovely. We bought two bunches of sunflowers to take home as well. Thomas said, "do you need two? Why not just get one bunch?"
