Trend: Belts for Fall
Along with puffed sleeves and bold patterns, one 80s trend that I’ve been seeing a resurgence of this year is belts. Styles range from a classic belt worn with denim, to a statement style cinched to emphasize the waist. A belt can add a finishing touch to any outfit or give it a fresh new look. I especially love pairing belts with skirts and dresses, including many of my Gal Meets Glam Collection pieces . I recently wore a belt with the Danielle dress here and the Siena dress here . In both outfits, the wide belts I chose put a more casual, daytime spin on my maxi dresses, making them just right for our creative office.
