earlier this week, i had the pleasure of photographing and sharing one of the new dresses from the latest christy dawn x madewell collaboration. i am a huge fan of christy dawn because all of their garments are made in los angeles utilizing up-cycled deadstock fabrics, so seeing a more ethical, sustainable brand model getting this type of visibility is a great step in the right direction for the fashion industry. so i headed out to one of my favorite parks on the edge of town to snap some dreamy photos, and was actually really surprised by how comfortable i felt wearing it in 95 degree heat! i don’t tend to go for more lightweight, semi-sheer fabrics, but it...
