I’ve come along way with accepting my body since the days of running around the community pool at 13 to going on swimwear trips in Turks & Caicos with one of the sexiest brands in America, Victoria’s Secret .
Never before did I think I would be comfortable enough to attend a trip like this at all. As a teenager, I remember having so many insecurities about my body. I was too flat chested and gawky. My hips had no curves. My back alignment was off center because of my scoliosis, and that was reason enough to never be caught dead in anything of a backless style. Not to mention, the lifeguard was cute...
