Festival Skirt
Outdoor events are not my first choice for shorts or a short skirt. Instead, I’d rather wear a long skirt and not have to worry about flashing everyone when I sit in the grass or having crumbs stick to my thighs when I sit on a communal bench. My friend Jerry calls this a “matronly skirt,” but I call it a “festival skirt.” (And even he had to admit it looks awesome when dancing.)
