Rest
There’s this expectation in our society to constantly be working or staying busy. But what’s wrong with taking a rest?
More specifically, we need to rest. We’re not built to go go go all the time without serious consequences to our mind and body. Hell, even God rested on the seventh day! So what makes you think you’re better than God?
On that note, I’m entering a period of rest. I think everything needs it, and I think I’ve been ignoring that.
