Faster Way to Fat Loss - our first round thoughts and pictures If you follow us on Instagram Stories, then you know we've been doing the Faster Way to Fat Loss program. It's a 7 week program, the first week being prep week. It combines intermittent fasting with carb cycling for real fat loss.
